An elegant farm-to-table dinner outside in a home nestled in the hills of Elysian Heights. This meal focused on the French term, êtres ici, “to be here”. My intention was to encourage all guests to be present in these passing moments of summer while taking in the timelessness that comes with being in nature as you are. Each course was individually plated starting with herb compound butter and sourdough baguette for the table.
