A curated intimate dinner in July 2024, that blended California farm-to-table cuisine with Hungarian classics from my childhood. Hosted in collaboration with ceramicist Eleanor Wada, the evening featured handmade nesting dinner plates that invited guests to engage with art in a tactile and meaningful way. Designed by Cat Owens of Rhythm Garden + Studio Ruzzo, the menu honored ancestral culinary traditions, while a strawberry pavlova by Julia Saltzman added a sweet touch to the gathering. The event embodied our ethos: to inspire a harmonious appreciation for food and art, encouraging guests to savor and slow down in each passing moment.
